Projects - Multifamily.

Promote passive house design strategies in multifamily practice by

  • Creating conversations with developers / builders to promote and increase understanding of the Phius standard​

  • Utilizing data from current multifamily projects in other states to make the environmental and financial case for Phius

  • Learning common details / experiences that pop up during the design and construction of Phius certified multifamily projects​

Projects - Single family.

Promote passive house principles within the local single-family practice by

  • Educating builders and clients about the benefits of implementing passive house principles

  • Serving the needs of Phius MN members and professionals working within the single-family realm

  • Collaborate with partners to provide learning opportunities for members and grow the MN passive house community
